A name that needs no introduction! Synonymous with Melbourne and sporting fans, Margaret Court Arena enjoyed a recent major redevelopment, morphing into a world-class, multi-purpose sport and entertainment venue.
Overview
Engaged during Stage 1 through to 4 of the redevelopment, we completed an entire refurb of the whole stadium, which included new food and beverage facilities along with large toilet block facilities that are designed to work at maximum capacities during large sporting and entertaining events.

Challenges
A huge challenge was to perform works with events occurring throughout the project duration, which we successfully overcame without disruption by installing numerous diversion and temporary services.
Innovation
Designed boring and installation of new 12m deep 5m diameter sewer pit and pumpwell.
