A new development beats in the heart of Southbank, with the Melbourne Square project set to feature an impressive six towers, incorporating housing and retail spaces. Stage one comprises of a striking duo of first-class residential towers situated above specialty stores, cafes and a Woolworths supermarket.

Our role during stage one was the complete D&C of two high level towers rising from a 9 level podium. Challenges of ensuring all water and sanitary pluming services operated efficiently were meet throughout the project that helped ensure the project was completed on time and on budget.
